RULES
Eligibility: Participants must have a right to work in the UK (Tier 4 Student Visa allows full-time work outside of the term time) and registered on Compety.net.
Registration: All participants must register by the specified deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Individual Participation: Participants can only compete individually and can’t work in groups
Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and respect throughout the event.
Submission Requirements: All submissions must be made by the deadline specified. Late submissions will not be considered.
Original Work: All work submitted must be original and created during the hackathon. Pre-existing projects or code are not allowed.
Grading: All participants must grade the works sent to them after the competition according to the given criteria. Submissions by the participants who did not complete the grading will not be considered.
Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their submissions. However, Compety.net reserves the right to showcase the projects for promotional purposes.
Disqualification: Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of the organizers.
FAQ
No, it is completely free for the participants.
We use peer-to-peer grading: each participants grades three random works of other participants. Then our team inspects the graded works and we use statistical modelling to calculate the final grade.

Our team conducts detailed checks of all submissions to ensure that all works are graded correctly.
